One person can install and remove the Tren-Shore System, all from above the trench.
The Tren-Shore fold-flat design permits quick installation without having to enter an unsecured trench. Folded units stack easily, or will fit into a utility vehicle. Workers save time because shoring and trenching can be done simultaneously. Trenches can be braced up to 12 feet wide or 20 feet deep. Allied’s Tren-Shore System can be used alone or with spot or full sheeting.
Allied’s safety-wise engineering.
The Tren-Shore System is built with safety in mind yet engineered for durability and ease of use. Some of the system’s built-in features include:
1. Heavy Duty. Handles are heavy-duty for easier grip and longer life.
2. Strength. Three strength classes, Medium-, Heavy-, and Extra-Heavy-Duty, are available.
3. Armored. Hydraulic hoses have protective coil jacketing at cylinder end.
4. Versatile. The three-port cylinder end block permits pumping of multiple shores in hard-to-reach locations.
5. Guarded. Safety finger guards protect against the scissor action of the folding shores.
6. Double. The system uses two 5/8" pins with quick release clips for maximum clearance between each block and back of the shore, providing better contact with the rail and more even load distribution.
