Allied pioneered and developed the concept of underground piercing tools over 37 years ago , establishing a more efficient way to install undergound service utilities. Allied Hole-Hog® underground piercing tools are the most efficient, least expensive method for underground pipe and service placement in construction and installation work.
Hole-Hogs open clean, compacted tunnels for pipe, cable, conduit or wiring at the lowest cost per foot, while the larger model 4000 is utilized in pushing steel casing under roads and railroads. Through continuous process of engineering refinements, Allied provides the construction industry with American-made, premium quality tools that simply do the job better.

Hole-Hog® underground piercing and pipe pushing tools
Hole-Hog underground piercing tools (Models 218C through 3001C) eliminate the need to break pavement or disturb landscaping from trenching or open cuts. There’s no reason to disrupt traffic by tearing up and restoring asphalt or concrete. That’s because Hole-Hogs break through the ground while going under roads, driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, runways, foundations or virtually any obstacle.
For many underground construction jobs, pushing pipe represents the fastest and least expensive method of construction. The Hole Hog Model 4000 makes pipe pushing easy. Pipes of up to 16” in diameter can be effectively rammed in the ground. Pushing closed or open ended casing over 200 feet in length, depending on soil conditions, can be expected.
